Description of Coordination Pattern Training Coordination Pattern™ Training Classes, Workshops, Private Sessions

The research is based on neuromuscular tension patterns, called Coordination Patterns™, which control our quality of motion (to thrust or push, to shape or hold, to swing or bounce, to hang or flow) and the way we relax and handle tension. But more than that, these neuromuscular patterns ‘coordinate’ the way we move with the processes of our brain such as sensating, thinking, feeling, and intuition. This fusion of mind and movement creates our style. With other experts in their fields, Betsy has developed a multitude of applications for a whole and balanced life.including.leadership, creativity, learning, communication, physical fitness, relaxation, cultural understanding and more!
