Jennifer Scaia, MA

Jennifer Scaia, MA, holds a master’s degree in community counseling and bachelor’s degree in psychology.  A student affairs educator, Jenn has worked in higher education for over 10 years.  She currently serves as Assistant Dean and Director of Residence Life at Lehigh University.

Jennifer is a student of Geneen Roth, one of the first teachers to connect compulsive eating and dieting with emotional and spiritual hungers.  Jenn has walked this path on her journey to true nourishment. With a keen understanding of the relationship between self-worth and the scale, Jenn assists groups and individuals to discover the core beliefs about themselves that lead to harmful behavior with food.  With her guidance, one is lead to motivating insight where their relationship with food is transformed.
