We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program. A free consultation for all clients is offered for assessment and to determine the goals. Health fitness workouts are then tailored for your unique body in order to accomplish the best results!
I have been seeing Sean for going on two years. My core strength and flexibility have improved considerably, as has my body tone. Before going to Sean, I would go to the gym sporadically, do some cardio on the treadmill or elliptical, do some weight training, usually the exact same routine, and not really push myself; or go too far and overwork an area and hurt myself. I used to only hit about a quarter of the muscles Sean makes me work; we also do something different every session, so it never gets boring.
For me, I need to have the commitment of set appointments to keep me on track-otherwise it’s too easy to blow off a workout. Sean’s facility has a very good array of equipment and training aids, while being private so you don’t have to wait for someone to finish on a given piece of equipment. His approach is very personalized and tailored to my needs-Sean is Titleist certified and we are working on improving my golf game, which is a lifelong challenge!
Working with a personal trainer keeps you motivated, and working with Sean Fahey as my trainer keeps it fun. There are many mornings that I know I would not be up exercising, but having an appointment with Sean actually gets me moving. I appreciate Sean’s ability to customize a workout based on your personal profile, your goals and how you are feeling. I no longer dread having to exercise or go to the gym. I feel better all over, knowing that I am working out all of my body parts and doing the right things to stay healthy and strong.
