Effortless Meditation is a mental technique that is an antidote for the stress response, and much more! During the meditation practice, you will experiences a deep state of peace and calm that heals the body, rejuvenates the mind, and stabilizes the emotions. It is simple to learn and effortless to do. Everyone is successful with it.

While practicing this mental technique, the mind effortlessly settles down to the quiet state that exists beneath the busyness on its surface. Here’s an analogy to illustrate the mechanics. Under stress, our mind is like a stormy ocean. The waves are turbulent on the surface, however deep below, the sea is calm.  During Effortless Meditation we dive into the quieter states of the mind. Simultaneously, our body begins to rest deeply, releasing stress and inner tension.

The number of research studies on the positive effects of meditation practice is becoming increasingly abundant as reported in the mainstream media. Also, those who have taken our course report back their pleasure with the experience.

Steps to Learn:

Effortless Meditationis taught in 7 classes, a total of 10 hours of instruction, over a two-month period of time.

In the first session, the Introduction, the instructor will discuss the benefits of this meditation practice and explain how the technique works and what you will learn if you chose to attend the 6 follow-up sessions.
