Cold Stone:
A three-pronged approach that includes aromatherapy, massage therapy and cold stone therapy can be effective in helping relieve the pain of severe headaches, i.e. migraine, allergy, stress & TMJ. Focus is on the head, neck and shoulders.

This technique is administered with other massage techniques to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

 This comprehensive program of soft-tissue manipulation balances the body’s central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Swedish:
The primary goal is to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. The technique is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
