Doctors often recommend walking for all kind of health reasons including overweight, anxiety, depression, and fitness. But over time walking and exercising the wrong way can injure you. In fact you may be experiencing these injuries already especially if you have chronic pain (which may come and go) in any joint. Even headaches and pain in your lower back, neck or shoulders can be caused by improper walking and exercise. It can also make you less able to handle stress, cause you a lack of energy, poor immune system, aging before your time and more.
Constantly going back to the Chiropractor or Massage Therapist with the same set of tight muscles and pain is a big red flag! Who taught you how to walk? What IS the correct, ergonomic way to walk and how can you achieve it?
Coordination Pattern™ Training is THE Answer!
You have built into your movement-mind-body neuromuscular link, a system that can bring you an ergonomic walk and movement. Simple, easy, exercises, that work at the neuromuscular level, WILL improve: posture, balance, coordination, core strength, joint mobility, and the way you walk and exercise.
